The installation process begins with attaching the template vertically and precisely drilling holes using a 6mm drill bit. Next, thread the screws through the designated holes on the tie rods and into the wall. Unscrew the 3 E-Latch, extend the door rail to fit the opening width, and ensure the extension is even and the rail is aligned properly.

Extend the door rail to the wall, determine the location of the lower and upper lock buckles, and install them. Adjust the width of the gate frame again, so the distance between the handle and the upper latch wall bracket is less than 0.078 inch. Finally, install the 3 E-latch.

It's important to note that this gate has a double-lock design, and the gate must be lifted up to open the latch below. While an electric drill and screwdriver are required for installation, we provide detailed instructions to guide you through the process.

Before purchasing, please check the gate installation diagram and ensure the hinges on both sides are installed on the same vertical plane. Measure the stair pillars to confirm they meet the necessary conditions.

Regular maintenance is recommended, including checking the closing condition of the door lock and adjusting the width of the gate once a month to prevent the C-buckle from loosening.
